Building Skills one step at a time leading to functional independence
In Person Classes
FITNESS TRAINING
This class is a high volume, low resistance(weight) workout with rest intervals. This is geared towards improving muscle tone and muscle definition. Students will engage with various equipments such as a rower, bike, punching bag, and dumbbells.
COOKING CLASSES
Our cooking class is great for students to improve culinary knowledge and skills. This class aims to provide ideas and hands-on experience that is related to food preparation, presentation, and appreciation.
ACADEMIC SKILL BUILDING
Academic skill building is designed to enhance the learning experiences of various individuals. Students will learn to form effective study habits, test-taking, and time management.
CREATIVE ART
Students will explore their creative minds and be introduced to different art styles, fun activities and making their own heavenly handmade masterpieces.
MUSIC LESSONS
The student will take one-to-one training in playing a musical instrument or singing. Additionally students are taught pitch matching, rhythm, listening skills, and appreciation of musical skills.
LEARN TO LIVE
Students will gear towards gaining necessary skills for living. The various skills the students will acquire includes; Laundry, tidying up the house, basic organization skills, and home economics.
MEDITATION
Our Meditation class is geared towards helping individuals find their inner peace and guiding them to have a more fuller & balanced life.
HOMEWORK HELP CLUB
This club is designed to help our students who need further help on their homework that is provided by their schools.
